ROYALTY-FREE LICENSE WITH ONE TIME PURCHASE

This license governs your use of the Artservant illustrations. By purchase and download illustrations from ARTSERVANT.COM you agree to accept the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not download or use any of Artservants Material.

By purchasing the illustrations the one-time licensing fee, grants you royalty-free usage of the artwork.
"Royalty-free" is the term used throughout the stock illustration/photography industry to describe a artwork that, once purchased, can be used and re-used without the need to pay additional royalties. Useally when you buy a artwork ( photo, illustration, music etc.) the artwork are "rented" for a specific purpose at a specific price.
Royalty-fre means that you may use the illustration freely.You are also allowed to adjust, and crop the illustration to make it fit in to your personal design.

However, you may not sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise transfer any of Artservants material. Reproduction rights granted to you may not be assigned to others. They are personal to you or your employer.

Postcard, and greeting-card can only be produced for private use, or as a part of an local evangelical campaign, not for commercial use.

Please make sure that you examine each Image you intend to use for possible digital defects before sending the Image for Reproduction. Artservant shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or any third party arising from any alleged or actual defect in any Image or it's caption or in any way from it's Reproduction.

All Artservant Material is protected by international copyright laws.

Images copied from this website without being purchased may be used for evaluation purposes only.
